Text messages

We only text people who contact us first. Our number, 737-368-3000, is the one on our website's Contact page (www.picklepitstop.com/contact-us), our Google Business profile, and every page of this site. There are two ways a text starts:

• You call 737-368-3000 and ask about something we can send as a link. Our phone assistant reads you the disclosure below and sends the text only after you say yes, to the number you're calling from.
• You text 737-368-3000. We reply to your messages.

Signing up is never required to book, play, or buy anything.

When a caller asks about something we can send as a link (court booking, the Open Play calendar, events, parties, directions), our assistant, Ruby, says:

"I can text you that link. It's one text from Pickle Pit Stop with the link you asked for. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP anytime. Want me to send it?"

The text is sent only if the caller says yes, and only to the number they're calling from. If the caller says no, nothing is sent. Later in the same call Ruby asks again before sending anything else ("Want me to text that one too?").

Our texts come from (737) 937-5012 and always start with "Pickle Pit Stop:". The first text on a call ends with "Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out." Call or text us any time at 737-368-3000.

Only what you asked for: links to book a court, the Open Play calendar, events, parties, the Pro Shop, directions, and answers to your questions about hours, prices and programs. Message frequency varies with your requests.

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from us. Reply HELP for help, or call or text 737-368-3000, or email [email protected].
